Library Home Policy Departments

Borrowers Cards

Adult Residents: Issued free to residents of Walker or Winston County. Valid at all member libraries of the Carl Elliott Regional Library System. Identification with correct name and permanent address is required.

Youth: Issued free to residents of Walker or Winston County. Valid at all member libraries of the Carl Elliott Regional Library System. Parental or guardian signature is required at time of application.

Non-resident: May purchase a card for an annual fee of $10.00. Valid at all member libraries of the Carl Elliott Regional Library System. Identification with correct name and permanent address is required.

Circulation Period

  • Books: Two (2) weeks, one (1) renewal.
  • Audio Cassettes: Two (2) weeks, no renewals.
  • Video Cassettes: Three (3) days, no renewals.

Overdue Fines

  • Books and audio Cassettes: $.10 per day/ $2.00 maximum per item.
  • Video Cassettes: $1.00 per day.

Copy Fees

  • Photocopies: $.25 per page.
  • Microfilm printer copies: $.25 per page.
  • Computer printer copies: $.15 per page.
