Lee Swann Gymnasium is located on the campus of Memorial Park. The gymnasium was built in 1997 and was named after then City Councilman Mr. Lee Swann. It includes a basketball/volleyball court and an inside walking track. For those interested in walking, twelve laps around the gym is equivalent to one mile. Our office hours are 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. The gym is opened on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays from 8:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m. and on Wednesdays from 8:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. Times vary on weekends - please call (205) 384-6014 before coming. |

| Leuada Smith Center - Crutchfield Blvd. The Leuada Smith Center, located on Crutchfield Blvd. in the Frisco community, is great for dinners, birthday parties, showers, etc. The seating capacity is 100. The rental fee is $25 per hour, which includes setup and clean up of facility and a kitchen area equipped with a stove and refrigerator. |

There are three pavilions, all located outdoors at Memorial Park. The largest is below the pond, and is rented at the Parks & Rec office in Swan Gym The other two are rented at the Natatorium Office. One is on 10th Avenue in front of the Natatorium, and the third is at the A.P.E.X. playground near the center of the park. |

Sherer Auditorium - 2nd Avenue and 17th Street |

Seating capacity of the Sherer Auditorium is 350. Rental of the main floor is $200 per day. Amenities of the Sherer Auditorium consist of a stage, ramp (upon request), heating & cooling, access to a concession area, & restrooms. No alcoholic beverages are allowed. Excellent for gospel singings, beauty pageants, etc. The rental fee for the basement area is $100 per day. Seating capacity is 50. Facility Rental
Rules
• Time availability of facility rentals range from 8:00 a.m.-12:00 a.m.
• No alcoholic beverages allowed on any property/facility.
• A city license must be purchased from City Hall for any event in which you are charging admission.
• Reservations are to be made two weeks in advance.
• Rental applications and the full rental fee are required in order to reserve any facility.
• Notice of cancellations is required one week in advance in order to receive a refund.
• Fees of facilities include setup and clean up of facility.
