Situated in the Frisco community on the grounds of the Frisco School and commonly referred to as Frisco Park, it is named for Professor James A. Cox, teacher and recreation leader in the community. It contains the Percy Goode Community Center, swimming pool, playground equipment, tennis court/outdoor basketball and a creek which runs down the middle of the park.
