December 13, 2022 - Matt Woods, the newest member of the Alabama House of Representatives, serving District 13, met with city administration on Friday afternoon to get an overview of the state of the city. Rep. Woods was joined by his father and business owner Jim Woods, as well as Mayor David O’Mary, City Clerk Kathy Chambless, City Planner Brent McCarver, and Executive Assistant Emily Riedel for the informal lunch meeting. Jasper is the largest municipality in Alabama’s District 13.
