Following graduation, he began a lifelong career in education, teaching 7th grade Civics and Geography at Maddox Middle School and later at Jasper Junior High. Over his 29-year career in the classroom, he inspired countless students to understand the importance of community, history, and civic engagement.

Since moving to Jasper, Lincoln has considered this community his home. Lincoln and his wife, Cristy, and sons Mack and Miller, have been active members of Jasper’s First Baptist Church since 2006, where they serve on the student ministry team. Their involvement has given them the opportunity to mentor and support young believers as they grow in their faith.

With deep roots in education, faith, and community, Lincoln Moody brings a servant’s heart and a lifelong commitment to helping Jasper continue to grow as a strong, family-centered city.
