November 1, 2023 - VETERANS DAY PARADE: The Jasper City Council approved an event permit for a Veterans Day parade requested by local VFW Post 4850. The parade will be this Saturday morning, November 4, with an anticipated start time of approximately 10:00 am with several speakers scheduled to speak prior to the parade on the Courthouse Square, including Mayor David O'Mary, at approximately 9:30 am.
Please be aware of the temporary road closures (as seen in blue) on Saturday morning, travel safely, and enjoy the parade!
