June 15, 2026 - The City of Jasper is pleased to announce that Blackwell Dairy Road has reopened to traffic.
While the road is open, there is still some remaining project work to be completed. We ask motorists to please use caution when traveling through the area and be aware that temporary lane closures may occur as crews finish the project.
We would like to thank our residents, businesses, and everyone affected by the closure for their patience, understanding, and cooperation throughout this process. We also extend our appreciation to the contractors and City staff who worked diligently to complete this important infrastructure improvement.
