Repair and Resurface Tennis Courts

The City of Jasper, Alabama is seeking bids on the repair and resurface of four upper tennis courts and four lower tennis courts located near 1411 Indian Avenue which consist of cleaning the surface with a high-pressure washer, resurface courts, fill structural cracks with crack repair membrane without limitation, this request for bids, the City of Jasper specifications, all applicable codes and requirements. Sealed bids will be received at the office of the Purchasing Agent, 400 19th Street West, Jasper, Alabama 35501 no later than 11:00 AM local time on May 2, 2022. Bids received after this time and date will not be accepted and/or considered. Please enclose within a sealed envelope with the following, “Sealed Bid – REPAIR AND RESURFACE OF TENNIS COURTS – May 2, 2022” with the respondent’s name and address. Grounds Maintenance - Gay Reed Cemetery

The City of Jasper is seeking to establish a contract to provide quality grounds maintenance service such as, but not limited to, providing mowing, non-chemical weed removal, trimming around obstacles, edging around concrete, removal of small twigs and limbs, and other services as designated at the Public Areas and Facilities of the City of Jasper located at Gay Reed Cemetery (See Exhibit A).  The contract period shall be for a twelve-month period from the date of contract award with an option to issue a second and third contract with same pricing, terms and conditions and agreement by both parties for second and third twelve-month periods. Sealed bids will be received at the office of the Purchasing Agent, 400 19th Street West, Jasper, Alabama 35501 no later than 11:00 AM local time on May 2, 2022. Bids received after this time and date will not be accepted and/or considered.
